• Is This a Print or Original Artwork? - The picture is a print that was created from my own original watercolor painting. Your artwork also comes signed and dated.
• How is the Artwork Personalized? - The name is hand-drawn on the artwork when it is ordered, which makes your picture a one of a kind piece of art!
• What Type of Materials are Used to Produce This Picture? - The materials used are very high quality products. We use acid free, high quality paper, archival quality ink, high quality matboard, and the personalization is hand drawn with artist quality colored pencils when the artwork is ordered.
• Is it Possible to Have the Words Changed in the Artwork? - Feel free to contact me if you would like custom changes to the print itself. I can give you an estimate.
• Is My Picture Refundable? - We believe in 100% Customer Satisfaction. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to give you a complete refund or exchange for another print. Please contact us within 14 days of the receipt of your item, if you are unhappy with your purchase.
• Are The Colors Exactly How They Appear on My Computer? - The colors you see may vary slightly from the colors of the actual artwork. This is due to the settings you have on your computer monitor. It is not possible to give an exact representation, but I have come as close as possible to representing the colors accurately.
